Here at DLM we have at our core the passion for technology. Each one of us spent their entire carrer around developing products in the technology world. We guide our steps in this journey by following a simple but clear set of ideas :

• Build what you would love to use.
• If you don't want to use the product, don't build it.
• Build a product that would last as long as you can make it last ( if we over engineer a product, we might end up with a product that will not be suitable for the intended use 🙂 ).
• Give new life to older gadgets.
• Use good quality components for the products you make.
• Treat your customer as your friend.
• Be there for your customer.
• If your product has a problem, admit it and find a solution. ( There is no such thing as a perfect product and if a problem comes up, we are happy to find a way to solve it.) 

We are dedicated to deliver great products but in the process of doing so we wish to make sure that all our supply chain is taking advantage of this. What we mean is that we are sourcing components from companies that are certified to look after their employees and the enviroment because we belive in fair trade and in the value of work. We could find cheaper sources or cheaper components but we are not engaging in to a race to the bottom . We belive our innovation is the main advantage and we belive that a fair price is what we all should try to pay to get good products and maintain a ballance in all the industries.
